These
are the steps that we have observed thousands of patients
use over the last 30 years to regain their health and
overcome a chronic illness. Think of this as a road
map. How you travel and where you go is up to you. The
steps are simple but not necessarily easy. They help
support you and keep you on your individual healing
path. Getting well usually involves getting out of your
comfort zone. It is your path - designed by you with
help from others. Many doctors have observed that discovering
your path and how to walk it is the most important step
in healing yourself. Inside each one of us exists our
pathway to healing your intuition or gut feeling
is the doorway.

from the Latin word "to make whole."
Whether
you are a beginner or well versed in using alternative
care with conventional care we invite you to look over
these steps: As with all healing practices keep in touch
with your primary care doctor and specialists to keep
them alerted and informed of your alternative therapies
including treatments, food choices, supplements, herbs,

FIRST
STEP Healing is a journey not a destination. You
can actively affect your health by changing what you
are now doing. Remember it is up to you to discover
what works for you. Your physicians and healers are
there to assist and guide you.
SECOND
Take time to learn the over view of available, responsible
and successful alternative medicine resources. We can
provide you with an overview of the latest research
showing what works and what looks promising to treat

THIRD
Educate yourself about how your body mind spirit
functions and how it heals. Learn what your role is
in your healing, what to be aware of. Read books and
articles specifically designed to help you understand
how healing occurs and to empower you to heal yourself.
FOURTH
Just like making a stew, let this information simmer
in your mind and see what treatments attract you or
makes sense to you. Learn to follow your instincts.
You don¹t have to jump on the first treatment
this is when you start to listen to your inner voice,
your intuition your gut feeling.
FIFTH
Learn from the success stories of other survivors
and thrivers who have learned to heal. They have much
to teach you, so that you don¹t have to reinvent
the wheel. You may not choose to do any thing that they
do, but they can still teach you how they decided to
choose what was best for themselves.
SIXTH
Time to act! Now you have several choices to do
something for yourself Just for the Health of
It. You can approach this from several perspectives,
based on your needs, beliefs and gut feeling. The key
is learning to trust yourself. Start to follow what
attracts you. Therapies, supplements, herbs, counseling,
movement, prayer, these and more choices await you.
SEVENTH
Choose a qualified and credentialed alternative
medicine practitioner through our free referral service

medicine practitioner associations.
EIGHTH
Choose supplements, herbs, vitamins minerals to
support and cleanse your body these are potent
natural substances that you should respect and treat
like a drug. Always consult with your doctor BEFORE
using them they may interfere with your current
medicine or therapies. If you are afraid or uncomfortable
to speak with your doctor about them find
another doctor who will listen to you.
NINTH
Start making lifestyle adjustments. Some of these
will help you fell better in a matter of days: more
sleep, more water, long walks, meditation, breathing,
different food choices.
TENTH
Connect with your spirit and renew your relationship
with your creator. Keep asking the question to all aspects
of your life including people, food, work, and thoughts:
Does this support and heal me or not? Invite support
and walk away from elements that are toxic to you.
Then
go a little deeper and ask:

What purpose does this disease have?

What lessons can I learn to better myself?

How can I get closer to my GOD?
Then
be in the silence and let that calm clear soft voice
talk to you. It will give yourself permission. Right
now. The point of power is in the present. It is in
this moment. Use it now. It is the only place in time
where we exist.
